In order to process your cancellation request, please complete the following form.

Your membership at Recess may be cancelled anytime after the minimum term has been met. Membership can be cancelled by client, with notification of 15 days in advance of the next billing cycle (example: if you are scheduled to be charged February 1st and you want to cancel for the month of February, you must submit a cancellation form to recess by January 15th).

PLEASE NOTE: If your membership lapses (i.e. you cancel and would like to later re-join) the fee schedule and enrollment fee at the time of re-registration will both apply. If you would like to freeze or suspend your membership, instead of canceling, you keep your current membership rate, that is another option.
