Lucia Pizano, PTA, CMT It's hard to find time to take care of yourself when you are a parent. Recess wants to make it easier and more enjoyable for you to get & stay healthy. 
Lucia is a miracle worker!  She has been a physical therapy assistant for over 20 years and integrates that knowledge with her training as a massage therapist, master reiki practitioner, exercise trainer and sprint triathlete.  Enjoy a variety of massage types:  deep tissue, pre-natal, Swedish, etc.  email Recess to schedule an appointment 60 min session: $85                                                 *childcare available for $6 /hr (members); $12/hr (non-members) Cancellation Policy for Appointments.
