host your party at recess! Recess provides a variety of fun opportunities for children and families. Take advantage of the fabulous indoor space & kitchen facilities to throw a memorable party for your child, and share in the fun with all your friends!  WHAT? Host your child's birthday party in our indoor play space and have exclusive use of the entire 3200 sq ft play area! Appropriate for children turning 1-4 years old & their adults. Capacity is 75 people (up to 25 kids). You may have food delivered, make your own goodies, bring in entertainment, and get creative! Recess will provide you with a list of local caterers, cake makers, balloon resources, etc. Bookings accepted up to 12 months in advance WHEN? Birthday parties are available at the following times: - Fridays 6:30-8:00 - Saturdays 1:30-3:00 - Saturdays 4:30-6:00 - Sundays 1:30-3:00 - Sundays 4:30-6:00 *Would you like a longer party? Choose the 4:30 time slot and you may add an hour or two for $125/hr. *NOTE: Set up may begin 30 min earlier than above times & party must be cleaned up and out 30 min after end time COST? Members: $275 *must be an active member at time of booking & time of party Non-Members: $400 HOW? To secure a party reservation: * Choose a Date & Time Check the calendar below for available dates (note that this calendar is updated every 24 hrs--and is accurate as of last update). * Book The Party Pay. In order to reserve a party, payment in full is required. You may either: pay online: go to our online store, choose the date you’d like and pay via credit card. pay over the phone: give us a call to confirm date availability and pay using a credit card. Complete the Paperwork. Once you have booked the time/day you’d like, fill out the form that matches the reservation you’ve made and return it to recess (you can either return it via fax, email or drop it off): 1:30pm - 3pm Party Time 430pm-6pm Party Time 430pm-7pm Party Time * Receive Confirmation Once your payment and reservation form are processed, we'll send you a confirmation sheet which includes local businesses other families have used for entertainment, cake, balloons, etc.  If you’d like to get more information or process your reservation over the phone, call 415-701-7529 or email: parties@recessurbanrecreation.com
