host your party at recess! Recess provides a variety of fun opportunities for children and families. Take advantage of the fabulous indoor space & kitchen facilities to throw a memorable party for your child, and share in the fun with all your friends! WHAT? Host your child's birthday party in our indoor play space and have exclusive use of the entire 3200 sq ft. playspace! Appropriate for children turning 1-4 yrs & their adults. Capacity is 75 people (up to 25 kids). You can get food delivered, make your own goodies, have entertainment, and get creative! Recess will provide you with a list of local caterers, cake makers, balloon resources, etc. Bookings accepted up to 12 months in advance WHEN? Main birthday party times are: - Fridays 6-8:30 - Saturdays 1-3:30 - Saturdays 4-6:30 - Sundays 1-3:30 - Sundays 4-6:30. * Some Wednesdays evenings also available. HOW? To secure a party reservation, complete these three steps: 1. Check the calendar below for available dates (note that this calendar is updated every 24 hrs--and is accurate as of last update). 2. Once you see a date you’d like, fill out the form that matches the time you’re interested in (you can either return it via fax, email or drop it off): 1pm rental time: Click Here 4pm rental time: Click here 4pm (with an extra hour): Click Here Would you like a longer party? Add additional time in one-hour increments, for $125 per hour. In order to reserve this spot & complete your reservation, we’ll also need payment in full if paying by credit card, please go to our online store and choose "Birthday Party Payment" at http://clients.mindbodyonline.com/ws.asp?studioid=3210&stype=42 if paying by check--you can send it along with your form or, you can call and give us the cc over the phone & pay that way.
